Return & Refund

Overview

This Return & Refund Policy governs all orders placed through the Doctor Bhargava Doctor Portal by verified homeopathic practitioners. Bhargava Phytolab Pvt Ltd is committed to ensuring the quality and accuracy of every order dispatched from our Bhiwadi facility. In the event of a genuine issue with your order, this Policy sets out the process for raising a return, the conditions under which returns are accepted, and how refunds are processed.

Eligible Reasons for Return

Returns are accepted only in the following circumstances:

• Products delivered in a damaged, broken, or physically compromised condition.
• Incorrect product received — wrong medicine, wrong potency, or wrong pack size compared to what was ordered.
• Products with missing items from a confirmed order.
• Products with a manufacturing defect identified upon opening.
• Products nearing expiry within 30 days of the date of delivery.

Time Limit for Raising a Return

All return requests must be raised within 48 hours of the date and time of delivery. Claims raised after this period will not be considered, except in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of the Company.

How to Raise a Return

3.1  Contact Support

Email d2d@bhargavaphytolab.com with the subject line: RETURN REQUEST — [Your Order Number]. Include your registered name, User ID (DB-XXXXX), and a clear description of the issue.

3.2  Photographic Evidence

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, attach clear photographs of the product, the outer packaging, and the delivery label. Without photographic evidence, the return may not be processed.

3.3  Return Authorisation

Our team will review your request within 2 working days and issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number if the claim is accepted. Do not return products without receiving an RA number.

3.4  Pickup Arrangement

Once authorised, our logistics partner will arrange pickup from your registered clinic or delivery address at no additional cost to you. You are not required to courier or dispatch the product independently.

Refund Process

4.1  Replacement First

Where the returned product is in stock, the Company will first offer a replacement, dispatched within 3 to 5 working days of the authorised return being received and inspected.

4.2  Refund Timeline

Where a replacement is not available or the doctor prefers a refund, the refund will be processed within 7 working days of the Company receiving and inspecting the returned product.

4.3  Refund Mode

Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method. For COD orders, a refund will be issued as wallet credit to the Doctor Bhargava Rewards Wallet. Wallet credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

4.4  Partial Refunds

If only part of an order is eligible for return, the refund will be processed proportionally for the eligible items only.

Non-Returnable Items

The following categories of products are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

• Products that have been opened or partially consumed.
• Products stored outside of recommended storage conditions.
• Products damaged due to mishandling, accidental breakage, or negligence after delivery.
• Products ordered in error by the doctor (wrong potency, wrong quantity).
• Products where the outer seal or tamper-evident packaging has been removed or compromised by the recipient.

COD Orders — Return Process

For orders placed on Cash on Delivery, no cash refund is issued. Upon acceptance of the return, a wallet credit equivalent to the value of the returned item(s) will be credited to your Doctor Bhargava Wallet within 7 working days.

Company's Liability

The Company's liability in respect of any return or refund shall not exceed the purchase value of the products in question. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from a returned or defective product.
