P8. WhatsApp & SMS Communication
By registering on the Portal, you consent to receiving transactional messages via WhatsApp and SMS on your registered mobile number. These include order confirmations, delivery updates, credential delivery, and account notifications.
You may opt out of non-transactional promotional messages at any time by replying STOP or contacting our support team. Opting out of promotional messages will not affect essential transactional communications.
P9. Children's Privacy
The Portal is intended solely for use by qualified adult medical practitioners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from any person under the age of 18. If we become aware that a minor has registered, we will immediately delete the account.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you via WhatsApp or a notice on the Portal. Your continued use of the Portal following notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
